HUEB CIRCLE PROGRAM
SECTION 1. PURPOSE OF T&CS.
These term and conditions will explain how you can earn points using our Hueb Circle program, and furthermore how to use your points to redeem Hueb points during purchase of Jewelry products from https://store.hueb.com Or directly from Hueb.
To take part in our Hueb Circle program, all terms and conditions must be accepted by the user, including any subsequent updates.
By registering and taking part in our Hueb Circle program you are taken to have read and agreed to these terms.
SECTION 2. OUR PROMISE TO YOU.
We shall act both fairly and reasonably towards you, considering your-and our-respective interests. This will include whenever we are:
a) Considering any requests made by yourself) Deciding whether to give our consent, or to exercise a right, discretion, or remedy; or,
c) Setting any conditions for doing any of these things.
Please note that we withhold the right to make or change a decision at any point, including where delays, temporary waivers, or differences may occur.
SECTION 3. HUEB POINTS EXPLAINED.
a) Hueb Points are not property and cannot be redeemed as cash.
b) Hueb Points will be awarded for each eligible transaction made while purchasing Jewelry products from https://store.hueb.com Or directly from Hueb by the eligible Hueb Circle program members. Customers must be signed up to our program to begin earning points.
c) Hueb Points cannot be backdated nor transferred from other customer accounts—even that of the same username.
d) Hueb Points are earned for each whole $10.00 spent of the value on each eligible purchase transaction. Simply put, for every $10.00 spent on eligible purposes, you will gain one Hueb Point which is equivalent to $1.00.
e) Under no circumstances can Hueb points be sold.
f) We withhold the right to limit Hueb points earning eligibility on discounted or promotional purchases.
g) The purchase value will be considering net of any discounts offered during each purchase for arriving the final Hueb points
SECTION 4. DISPLAYING HUEB POINTS.
Your Hueb point balance will be displayed within your Hueb Circle account. This balance will include:
Hueb Points awarded for eligible transactions credited to your Hueb Circle account.
SECTION 5. TRANSACTIONS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EARNING HUEB POINTS.
There may be some transactions which can be made that will not earn Hueb points for your account. These may include:
a) Unauthorized purchases for which you are not liable to receive any Hueb Points.
b) Purchases made of Outlet / promotional items noted not to be part of the Hueb Circle campaign.
c) Refunded purchases.
SECTION 6. THINGS THAT CAN REDUCE YOUR BALANCE.
Your Hueb Circle points balance will be reduced when:
a) You use your points to redeem and pay for the Jewelry purchases from https://store.hueb.com Or directly from Hueb.
b) Your points expire, as stated in section 7.
c) A refund or reimbursement for a transaction previously made is debited to your user account. This may happen for several reasons, such as returning or cancelling unwanted goods or services.
d) There have been unauthorized transactions from your account
e) Points were incorrectly allocated to your Hueb points balance.
f) If we reasonably suspect, you have behaved fraudulently in connection to your Hueb Circle account and are not entitled to points earned.
When points decrease, this will be displayed by your updated points value in your Hueb Circle account. The points value will be calculated using the rate at which the points were originally allocated.
SECTION 7. EXPIRATION OF POINTS.
Hueb points shall expire as per the following:
a) Hueb Points in your Hueb Circle account must be claimed within 6 months from the date of the transaction earning those points. Hueb Points that remain unused after 6 months will expire and be forfeited.
b) Closure of your Hueb Circle account will result in immediate expiration of your points. These points will be immediately forfeited and cannot be reactivated upon creating a new account.
c) If our Hueb Circle program gets terminated by us, we will notify all Hueb Circle program users the time period within which the remaining points must be used, before final expiration.
d) No other users are eligible to use your Hueb points: If for whatever reason we are notified that your account has been compromised and given to another, we reserve the right to instantly expire remaining points. SECTION 8. KEEPING TRACK OF POINTS.
To keep track of points you have a range of options:
a) Access your Hueb Circle account by logging to your Hueb account from https://store.hueb.com whereby your current Hueb points balance will be clearly displayed on the My Account Page.
b) Looking at your Hueb points section will indicate when the next expiration of points will occur if unused.
c) Looking at your points statement will also show a Loyalty history of earned, redeemed, or disqualified points if any.
SECTION 9. RESOLVING DISPUTES.
Should you have a complaint in relation to our Hueb Circle program, please contact our customer care team directly through our contact us page on the website https://store.hueb.com/pages/contact
We aim to resolve problems promptly. If we cannot find an instant solution, we will let you know how long we expect it to take. Once we have completed our investigations, we will let you know our decision, and the reasoning behind it.
We also welcome feedback directly as we strive to act in your interest and provide great customer service through fair decision making.
SECTION 10. HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH US.
As noted in section 9, you can contact us directly through our website contact us page.
If we need to contact you, we will send emails to the address you provided for your account. In case we need to update you urgently, our customer care team may reach out to the number attached to your account.
You are responsible for notifying us for any changes to your contact details.
SECTION 11. PERSONAL INFORMATION.
By signing up to our Hueb Circle program, we will need to collect, hold, use, disclose information about you in connection with your account, and Hueb points. Information will include certain personal information and transaction information relating to Hueb points earned and redeemed by you during the purchases.
We will use this information for purposes of our Hueb Circle program to provide & market Hueb Circle program and the product & services we offer to you on through various sales channels including our website https://store.hueb.com. We treat all personal information with care and in accordance with our privacy policies.
We may disclose this information to others in connection to our Hueb Circle program including but not limited to, our employees, representatives, service providers and agents engaged for the purpose of the administration / provision of services relating to our Hueb Circle program and the promotion of the program and available benefits.
We may also use or disclose your personal information to let you know about offers and news relating to our Hueb Circle program electronically—e.g., email, SMS, and social media. We will act with your best interests in mind to communicate news to you, and you can let us know at any time if you no longer wish to receive our marketing. We will process this request as soon as practicable.
SECTION 12. HUEB CIRCLE PROGRAM TERMINATION.
We may terminate our Hueb Circle program at any time acting reasonably. Where possible, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice of the termination and cancellation of your Hueb Circle account (if applicable).
If we give you notice after termination, Points will only continue to be credited to your Points Balance in relation to transactions that occurred prior to the date of termination.
Any such notice of termination will include the general reasons for termination (if possible), and the time period available to you to use points in your points balance to redeem the same. We will define the time limit remaining before final expiration of all points.
Examples of when we may terminate include, but are not limited to:
a) Where you are in default under these terms and conditions.
b) Where we believe on reasonable grounds that the continued operation of the account may cause loss to the customer or us.
c) These examples are for guidance only and do not limit our ability to cancel the account.
