DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Delivery: Pending availability and credit card verification, orders will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping:  Availability & Size Confirmation

To ensure accurate delivery, we kindly request your patience as our dedicated Hueb Team confirms availability of the selected size for your order.  Once the same is completed, your order will be promptly shipped within 24 hours of the next business day.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.

Standard Delivery packages are sent via FedEx.

When shipping to a PO Box, APO/FPO or US Territory, packages are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses will take additional time.

Sales tax will not be charged for purchases shipped to all states in the US, except 8.875% while shipping within the state of New York.

We accept orders for international shipments to limited country destinations like Aruba, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands ,Canada, Cayman Islands, Channel Islands (UK) ,Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica ,Czech Republic, Denmark ,England (UK) ,Estonia, Finland, Germany, Grenada, Guam, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Northern (UK) ,Ireland Republic of Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Korea, South Latvia, Liechtenstein, Macau SAR China ,Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Panama, Poland, Puerto Rico, San Marino, Scotland (UK), Singapore, Spain, St. Croix, St. John, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia ,St. Martin ,St. Thomas, St. Vincent, Switzerland ,Taiwan, China, Trinidad and Tobago ,Turks and Caicos Islands, United Arab Emirates ,Uruguay ,U.S. Virgin Islands ,Vatican City, State Wales (UK).

Orders Shipping to an International destination will ship via Fed Ex from our fulfilment center in New York, USA. Please allow us an additional 5-7 business days to process your order. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination.

When your order is placed, we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your order before we proceed for shipment. International orders are shipped only when all the ordered items are available in stock.

Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient.  All goods are shipped duties and taxes collect and Hueb is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, broker fees, nor any return shipping.  All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

At Hueb, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase when it is presented with established proof of purchase in saleable condition.

Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days with a receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace, or credit, monogrammed or personalized items.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

For all returns, merchandise must be presented in saleable condition and established proof of purchase is required.

Requests for adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase.
